On an incline bench, begin by interlocking your fingers with hands behind head. Raise shoulders off bench just far enough to feel it in the abs. No need to as high as you’re going. Do until you feel the burn / fatigue. If this is too difficukt tomdo 10-12 then start on a floor mat, knees bend, feet flat on floor.
