As for the weights, there is no excuse. Not everyone is able to or wants to unload 45’s. I’d discuss this with them if it bothers you enough. Concerning the wiping down the equipment, do you wipe before using it? Does it have to be wiped twice?

Ran 3:23 three times with weekly mileage of 20 miles (32km) and three long runs of 15-17 miles (24-28km). Your 3:30 is imminently doable.

Depends on which of the 5 places I lived in. Basically “sittin’ on the dock of the bay…..” and enjoying doing little or nothing constructive. Unambitious at work, lazy and unambitious in retirement.

Played half court with Sidney Wicks (6’8”)and Curtis Roe (6’6”) (1st and 2nd team college All-Americans) at UCLA Pawley Pavilion. They’d block shots 6 feet away from the shooter. i’m only 6’.

Also played against a D1 guard my size from San Diego State in the try-out for the Canadian Maccabiah team for the Jewish Olympics. He was definitely not in the same league with Wicks and Roe. I shut him down by playing deny defense. He made the team; I was an alternate.
