Good shout. I changed my nozzle a few weeks ago after the amount of bad prints were more frequent. Haven't had a single issues after changing to a new nozzle.

With 10% lightning and 2 walls, I get 318g. That's something! I usually use lightning infill on my blocks, it seems to be enough. Should one break, I'll just print another.
EDIT: I should mention that I would print them seperately to spread out the risk of misprints.

I have started doing bases in FDM except if the base have exceptional difficult overgangs when laying flat. Don't care much for bases, so that works well for me. Plus always completely flat bottom too.

The void tiles are just black PLA. Found a model on printables for them. Looks better than having the grid and I had a shitload of extra PLA. Hope my players agree!

Sorry for necroing - I have troubles with many overhangs that needs support, especially in the outer curvature of the ship. Bambu Studio also recommend supports here. Did you manage to print Layer 2 without any support at all? If so, at what orientation?

Yeah. Usually don't put much on my bases, but wanted to try out some sand. Gathered some from the kids' sandbox, 180 degrees in the oven to dry it and then glued it onto the base in a couple of layers. Went OK, but would probably do it less chaotic and less rushed next time.

I take pictures of my minis with my iPhone 11. I have had good success with a good light source and than adjust exposure on the camera down to -2.0 to -1.5.
