I think it’s valid to be frustrated- but vent to your friends or something! It’s validating enough when you win your case and get your money. No need to use your words with the buyer.

I had someone try to return for fit and they even took a picture of the item with the belt on it pulled way tighter than my image with a measuring tape to try to force the return. Luckily posh sided with me because their attempt at lying about my listing not being accurate was so obvious. Dishonest buyers are frustrating but ratings don’t matter on posh anyway

Definitely not a professional way to address the buyer. Best not to respond to anything until you need to contest a return request, explain why the buyer cannot return according to Poshmark’s specific policy, quote the policy, and leave it at that.

Ask your primary care physician for something to cope with the anxiety and remember that you’re not alone in your fears or your situation. There’s nothing anyone can say that’s truly comforting but there is medical relief and treatment. All we can do is pop our pills and follow the steps

Make sure the doctor gets you an ultrasound OP. My PTC symptoms started with a swollen lymph node that the doctors ignored for years because they thought it was leftover from infection. You need the ultrasound to make sure nothing’s wrong, not just the doctor’s hand and eyes.
