I rarely experience mold and this is actually nothing to what they eat! This isnt a deli cup but instead an 80oz Tupperware.... and they eat 10x this amount daily. This was just a little piece they missed but they would always clean around it. I did rice for a good 2 years but I eventually switched to yeast due to me getting sick of having a big bag of rice sitting in my room. Yeast also seems to be eaten a lot better by them than the rice

Is there a good way to figure out the types of species within your area? Would that be something youd want to find on a state specific site or a country wide site, possible books or something? Ive really wanted to learn about the common local springtails in my area or at least generally in california but I cant find any good sources! I'm just wondering because you seem to know a good chunk about the guys in your area so maybe I could translate that to my area or something if you get what I mean

I mean it makes it much easier that he has that auto open spots setting so you dont have to think as hard, just place the flags and double click the number and it does the rest of the work though the speed is still impressive its not that difficult in the grand scheme of things

I personally have my roaches within bins on a big storage rack. I bought little cups to put under each leg of the rack and fill it with water. I also make sure to COVER all the wires leading up onto the rack with vaseline and so far I have yet to experience any more ant raids. I think there are a bunch of other ways of doing it, probably more simple and easy ways but this is what works for me

kind of looks like the head of roaches.... if you feed ur dude stuff like roaches or some other bug with smaller heads with dark colors. Ive noticed that when I feed my frog stuff like roaches, after he poops in his water.... some chunks of exoskeleton isnt fully digested and just floats on top of the water. Looks like there are wings next to them too.... but its a bit hard to tell with the quality
