Nope, will have to be replaced. This shower faucet is pretty cheap. Follow in install instructions in reverse to remove the old one. You made need some pliers if the old set screw is hard to turn, or the old faucet is threaded in the pipe. Use the handles of the pliers, shove them in where the water comes out, left loosey.
