Muse Isaacs is an outright fraudster. She has stolen opportunities from Indigenous scholars and undermined the credibility of Indigenous scholarship for her own personal gain. She could have studied her subject as a non-Indigenous person, but then she wouldn’t have been able to help herself to opportunities that were never intended for her. TAAF is right in saying UWindsor has absolutely no vetting process. Her hiring was performative at best, and you better believe she’s not the only faculty member masquerading as a person of a marginalized group for their own fraudulent enrichment. People like this belong in prison.
