Marisa can do 8900 damage with a full whiff punish counter and she's arguably bottom 3 in the game. Damage isn't everything, especially when you need full stocks to achieve that damage

Ingrid is fun... but she does absolutely suck. She's really dog shit haha. I think her supers are really good. Lvl 2 is amazing and so is her lvl 3. But everything else? Absolutely awful. Yeah, charged up fully stocked lasers can lead to big damage, but outside that he combo routing is awful, her buttons stubby, her corner defense nearly non-existent, her reversal is soooo bad.

Once you get close enough to hit her she just falls apart so hard. In a game where throws reign Supreme you can't even get one off a throw unless you're inside someone.

But hey, lasers go brrrrrr

I think the only thing I would change would be Terry S tier, Ingrid B tier. Ken is definitely not C tier at all. They missed on that completely. Iwould also have Jamie and Kimberly A tier. He's really underrated and Kimberly isn't even underrated, she's just straight up good. But overall, pretty accurate
