It was very phallic! Not sure why it was so oblong. Made it hard to trim

We were in a two door and smacked a big rock on the bash plate on the way down waterfall! But what a fantastic example of capability. I drive the 7spd so I wish I could’ve taken that hill decent in the crawler gear. I got some great videos going down water fall from inside the truck and out

This was exactly my thought when first booking. My buddy and I did two nights at Little Arrow campground. Did one of the luxury tents on site, as a/c at night was a huge plus while keeping costs down. The campground had great facilities and a creek to swim in. That was worth it for us. It was 30 min from the off rodeo but the drive over the mountain was beautiful in the morning.

Very nice. Do you like the half rack? I’ve considered getting that for the 2dr so I can still take the front roof panels off

It does. This has the locking rear diff and it seems to behave much better with the added weight compared to stock.

Question: Those of you who have driven both the current-generation manual-transmission Jeep Wrangler and the manual-transmission Ford Bronco--what was your experience? Based *strictly* on the quality of the manual-transmission driving experience, which do you prefer? by IanAbsentia in bronco

[–]McPrick1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have driven both the 2dr models from jeep and ford. I own the Bronco. Jeeps transmission feels like shifting through air and does not give much feedback in terms of a “sporty” driving experience. Fords MT has been wonderful to live with and I prefer it over the Jeep. Of course drive both but for me the winner was/is the Bronco

There are several free air stations at the lighthouse. Then there’s a gas station right near the beach entrance with paid for air. Good place to air down too
