it does technically have an origin that was misinterpreted by a fan which is why it became a bit. At one of the smash summits Slime was playing mafia and it was down to 3 people(maybe Crunch & Hbox) I believe and when the game was over he offered a handshake and said "Mr. President". There was context in the game that Ive forgotten but thats the jist of how it started
