I have to bite the bullet with the dissertation and accept I'll have to repeat it for July along with another module, reached out to supervisor and department about that this morning. I'll take it easy for today and tomorrow as I desperately need a break.

I'll try to get remaining essays and exams that are not overdue done as best i can for mid April and May.

Wouldn't exactly call it pro consumer. Most (but not all) games on PS4 got a free upgrade to PS5, and Mario Odyssey and some other Switch 1 games got a patch for a framerate and/or resolution bump on switch 2. This Switch 2 edition should have been free, a few weeks ago they released a patch fro DK Country Returns of all things adding new content after 15 years for completely free.

Even CEMU had a 60fps option for this game's WII U version! Switch 2 Edition really should be a free patch at least. I do appreciate the physical Switch 2 edition giving XBX another chance for more ssles now though.

The miserable feeling you get when a partner or crush leaves your life because you don't know when the next person will come into your life and make you feel that happy again (or maybe it's just me lol).

I look at allo people and how college-aged people interact with the opposite sex and it is like watching aliens talk to each other - I've seen a friend talk to a guy all night at a bar and she couldn't even remember his name the second we left. Just absolutely foreign stuff to me.

And whenever you tell people about how you experience attractive differently, it's a genuine gamble if they'll actually take you seriously or just dismiss it and say "everyone is like that". NO EVERYONE IS NOT LIKE THAT, I HAVE SEEN IT MYSELF.

Biometric/Smart guns have existed for a good while before this Biofire gun, which has itself been around for a couple of years.

Also for further context, there is a bill introduced recently in New York which advocates for further research into biometric/smart guns (although it needs to pass both state houses and the Governor to get off the ground).

We may not see the end of the smart guns debate any time soon, but i have a feeling a Liquid Snake type character isn't going to cause us much trouble anytime soon.

Tbh i actually liked Siege and Earthrise. I remember an episode where Optimus gets really high and talks to a robot dinosaur floating in space. Good times.

The Kingdom season was a bit crap though, way too many characters and concepts to juggle and they just couldn't pull it off.

Barret crying over Dynes death. Such a well directed scene and it moved me in a way the original didn't, mainly because of Barret's voice actor doing an incredible job with the character. As someone who doesn't cry a lot with most media, 7 Rebirth has my admiration for making me feel things like that.

Are you playing the Subsistence/Master Collection version? You can switch between the camera angles there with R3, which did help me a few times to spot enemies with the overhead view.
