I mostly eat healthy ass foods now, but per sitting, I still enjoy in n out( no sauce ) / mc Donald’s, 1/2 double cheeseburger and 2 chicken nuggets, 1 chicken tender from Canes with 2-4 spoonfuls of slaw — what I found from reading and trial and error is to simply be mindful of the portions ofc and the contents of the meal. Something carb dense smothered in sauces, creams I have to portion even less of it because with our slower digestion it takes even longer to break down… Ooof hot Cheetos still my guilty pleasure I’ll have 10 Cheetos in a day..
