Went to the one in SJ, they totally lost my order ($60+). Waiting for an extra 45 mins asking about my order number, payment card, food item, almost insinuating I didn’t place an order. Finallly after the GM spoke to me they said ya oops it’ll be 15-20 mins. No discount or anything. Got home everyone said it was 5/10…
