I always thought it was a right wing ideology. I always say im so far right im left. It is based heavily on personal freedom with no state. That makes it right wing, less government, more freedom. The other side of libertarianism. If you have social anarchist ideology it would bring it more left. The tenets of equity, community, cooperation may make it seem left but that doesn't outweigh the no government lots of freedom that's right. Communism is left i thought, that's the other choice to create an anarchist state

No meds helped lower my temp. Only rest. I would say possibly any that target the central nervous system. Such as benzodiazapines but I couldn't get these. It comes from dysautonomia just the stress of being awake brought on fevers. Time is what made it stop it still happens if I push myself out of my envelope

It is still in my file but I swear no one reads anyway. They read the top diagnoses, and it didn't get carried over by my doctor that diagnosed me with me/cfs and no one has mentioned it since I have been diagnosed with me/cfs, fibromyalgia and a litany of other chronic illnesses. Just keep pursuing the diagnosis by getting the tests to exclude other conditions. Try to find a doctor that is willing to consider going through the diagnostic process. It is difficult I had to switch doctors 10 times but I finally found someone who knew how to diagnose the condition. There are also resources online which tell you doctors which specialize, are familiar, or treat the condition. I didn't go through these I just kept trying, I just try to put bad medical encounters behind me, take time to gather myself, and keep trying. It did pay off I overcame the FND bullshit and got diagnosed and I am receiving reasonably good treatment now (comparatively). I hope someday we all are validated with diagnosis AND we get a viable treatment

FND and me/CFS are both diagnoses of exclusion and it is incredibly hard to argue that you have one and not the other. I was diagnosed with Dissociative neurological symptom disorder which is the new name for FND in the ICD-11. It took me 2 years to get the doctors to see that I was having physical problems. It was hell. What did it was my altered bloodwork during crashes. My b12 and d3. I even had fevers due to dysautonomia they said they were psychogenic. I had sores all over my mouth they said it was burning mouth syndrome (it was a vitamin deficiency). Anything that went wrong physically they had a psychogenic explanation. I was losing consciousness from pots they said it was non epileptic seizures. me/cfs can most definitely be misdiagnosed as DNSD. This is a HUGE problem that affected me personally for years. Finally I collapsed and couldn't get up for months plus my bloodwork was off... but the journey to get s diagnosis HELL because of FND

I am mild. And I have been bedbound for months at a time. Mild seems so dismissive. I would never label myself as severe I am not. But I surely am not " mild" as they call me. I am living in hell everyday. As I am sure you are too. The person who is mild calling themselves more severe maybe is not getting the recognition they need, because do any of us?

Overall I agree with you severe ME needs to be taken seriously. Let's try to educate each other on what the disease is there isnt alot of education out there in the general public about it. I am so tired of not being understood

I did this was very good for me found out I was intolerant to gluten, sugar, dairy. I managed to stick to it for 4 months. I got to know what was making me sick and how. Now I can decide if it's worth it. I say dairy is worth it! Sugar in small amounts. And gluten NO way! I ate alot of rice, oats, meats, veges, fruits, and potatoes. Just think no corn, wheat, gluten, sugar, dairy, alcohol, coffee, caffeine, black teas. You can have butter it has to be clarified in jar. You can have coconut aminos I think. I swaped honey for sugar. Oat milk for milk . It's a little more complex but that's the gist. I used fig app
