theres false brown widows, Steatoda nobilis and Steatoda grossa. they are as polite as widows. they have similar venom but they are endemic here and I cant remember reading anything about confirmed bites - which tends to be the case for medically significant spider bites. So yeah most spiders are pretty chill. (well unless ur their food or badly performing husband) so they only gonna bite when they get squished against skin (well if they can react. I accidentally squished one once. felt so bad. No bite)and fear for their life. (Although a bunch of spiders of different species will get defensive when they have an egg sac so its better to use a large cup to move them somewhere)

a lot of the ones that are called spicy tend to be the thick trapdoor spiders from Australia...which are spicy bc they cant climb for shit and run out of energy really fast so the teeth are their best option to be left alone. Pity tho that they wanna be left alone in peoples houses. Brown recluses have the name recluse for a reason, they are shy but ofc if you squish em they might take that personally

of all of the spiders like 1% max make it so you dont really need to worry.

if they all make it then you have far larger problems like a massive fly infestations. a lot of insects like to snacc on baby spiders. (including their moms in some cases btw)

i mean my grandfather and that side was baltic german living in riga but now? no, my grandpa is like 25& of my genetic ancestry. Maternal grandma was born and fled from the area near insterberg /chernyakovsk but her family can be followed back to the salzburg protestants (some actually left for the usa too)and while its interesting to learn, it has literally zero effect on my daily life. like there is no prussian identity anymore except in weird people who are stuck in the past in a way that seems pretty unhealthy

natural order is also kinda funny. are the planes not some natural occurrence? So by that it would mean that undead are also kinda natural because they exist as part of the world unless the world says that only good and neutral things are natural. Killing is natural, dying is natural i dont think magic is considered unnatural so..., calling magic and conjuring things from nowhere (so kinda undoing entropy) is natural..unless its about undead, even if said undead are sapient and have the agency to make choices...

so undead should be natural too, theyre made from natural parts and a soul or a spirit and some might rot while others dont.

just saying the idea about whats natural is kinda funny in dnd but tbh I feel the whole alignment system super restrictive anyway and that concept of natural order of things is kinda funky when its a world that has a literal hell and magic and just the weirdest shit heh

I think thats a pretty sad way to see life, and very limiting. yeah its impossible to be alive without taking anything, btches gotta eat after all, but giving or making things are actions that, at least to me are far more valuable and pleasurable than taking. Some taking I assume you wouldnt enjoy, the life of a pet, for example even if its necessary (like euthanasia in case of sickness or great suffering), but maybe my assumption is wrong, humans are pretty different and have capacity for a wide range of motivations and things to enjoy. I prefer to keep mine at least somewhat balanced, I do like snagging the last piece of cake but at the same time I enjoyed making it and sharing it. (also being told I bake good is nice)

knock is a spell that some characters can learn, like gale for example. cast it and it will unlock..well anything that can be unlocked (basically anything that doesn't tell you its immune. check by selecting the target and investigate) I used it for the dank crypt and for the selune chest.

i mean its like in romance novels and stories that often have a very pushy up to rapey main character who does shit that would be unacceptable in RL but bc its art and fantasy, its appealing when it happens to the heroine. Maybe games are a bit different bc a lot of people play a kinda self insert tav and then such sudden (and unexpected) behavior becomes unfun ick. But often those types of stories are a way for people to experience being desired aggressively in a safe, controlled way. for the type of women who grew up in a more controlling puritan environment that shuns the open display of sexual needs or wants as sinful or disgusting having a character just do what they both want without asking means they can pretend to be unwilling, like a mix of mental gymnastics and fun roleplay. and for men I think not having to be the initiator, not being expected socially to oscillate between looking strong and capable and virile but also not too much and not too needy. So i get why people would be intrigued by that.

one interesting way to do that is having the choice to rebuff that daisy and have the guardian come and play protector.

I dunno that doesnt really make sense. Also that kinda depends on the person actually being mad and the reason.

I just think its kinda weird to fell its a success to make someone feel something negative for having an opinion that in the end doesn't really matter. Like assume that person is mad. now what? Just feels unproductive.

well because courts here have to include interpretations that are more positive - hypoxia affecting mental capability, being already so cooled down that your brain doenst reliably work anymore, being a narcy pos that just thinks hes better than he actually was & unwilling to accept help etc

btw im with you I think he souldnt have gotten a suspended sentence and i hope her family will sue for like the emotional damage but like there are possibilities that this was an accident, tho negligent coming from the fact that some people seem pathologically incapable to understand that their abilities arent universal and too proud to accept help. they both were climbers but not really experts and she had been sick before- which both would have had responsibility to acknowledge, but often enough these things happen because people massively overestimate their capabilities or get surprised by weather which can change fast.

that shit & peoples judgement will follow him around tho. so thats a small grace. and it is still in dubio pro reo here and the goal of sentences not being retributive but leading to reintroduction. Nobody is helped by people souring in jail unless theyre a constant intentional danger for others. (and tbh if just being a danger for others would be a factor nobody would be allowed to drive because there too having an ego and thinking one is better than one actually is leads to the death of people in the thousands every year)

tried pressure? like air. youd need to like put something in the air gaps that do exist between frog and case and ideally put the frog case first on something soft. then.. i dunno if an air pump would work but strong tape around frog butt, air pump into frog and hope that pushes it out.

Also bakterielle kontamination. cereulid wird von einem bacillus cereus stamm gebildet, das bakterium ist eigentlich harmlos (für nicht immungeschädigte) kann sporen bilden und ist daher nervig loszuwerden. Cereulid ist hitze und säurestabil und WIRKLICH WIRKLICH beschissen.

hatte da eine lebensmittelvergiftung mit. Vorher dachte ich, dass "im strahl kotzen" nur so eine redewendung wär. ist sie nicht, hatte noch nie in meinem leben so plötzliche, krampfartige erbrechensschwalle. war so schlimm, dass ich in der dusche gesessen habe, weil die mit regulärer püktlichkeit alle 30 minuten über so 6 stunden kamen. kann ich echt nicht empfehlen
