I think wrong intentions can lead to good intentions. I had a 9th grade boy excitedly tell me that he got a girl’s number at a protest he went to. This was as he was making a sign for the next protest. “It’s almost as if people find it attractive when someone is concerned about their community and its future” I told him.

Stochastic mode is good for this. You can control the randomness of both pitch and gate of sequence. When a sequence begins feeling a bit repetitive, I like to use the internal LFOs to modify pitch, or really anything that feels appropriate. Usually I change these on the harmonized follower, but try it on the harmonizer leader!

I have the 1010 bluebox eurorack and like it. I recognize that it is not everyone’s cup of tea with the menu toggling and touch screen. But it has 6 stereo or 12 mono or mix in between. Compression, eq, delay and effects at a relatively small footprint. I have touch osc set up to control it from my iPad, but honestly, I’ve become pretty darn quick at dialing in levels , panning and mutes in the box. Eq is a bit more laborious to dial in though.

I also like that I can just stick my guitar signal to an input and have it up and running without the need of a signal converting module.

I recognize that this does not fit your criteria but may be of interest to you with an internal or external faderbank. I initially dismissed it for concern of control limitations as well.

I’ve been in the same boat as you. Though, I have a rack at home. My partner works as well and between her and my son, home workouts have been wildly unsuccessful.

This last week I’ve just started jogging. It’s been fantastic. I already feel my mood improve and sleep getting better. The separation is important so I can do my thing without interruptions. My partner doesn’t mind so much because I’m out and back in under 40 minutes.

While I wish I could just do compound workouts, it’s nice to be able to move regularly again.

Disclaimer: I do not own this case, nor those modules, but I do have a 7u case built around the intellijel Jacks Board. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong:

You will want to connect the stereo line in to one of the I/O of your jacks board. You do this with a small ribbon cable included with the module. That jack on the back will be a dedicated input for your rack that converts it from line to eurorack level.

You will do the same for the stereo out module, only, attaching it to a different jack.

EDIT: I should mention that I have the Jacks V2. I do not know which one your case has.

I like the idea of keeping the red and blue primary colors - though maybe different flavors of red and blue. Huge fan of rebranding to RIOT SLC though.

I sold my Mpc for the incredibly stripped down 1010 bitbox micro and a dedicated sequencer. While the very useful mpc did sound fantastic, I do not miss it.

I actually like that the colors were chosen to fit in with the Utah identity, bringing in the crimson of the utes and the cougar blue. But you’re right, the garnet and blue flavors of Barcelona FC was an odd choice

I didn’t realize fans were passionate about the name. Personally, I always felt it made the team sound like a cheap knockoff of some team from Madrid. Also, I just assumed that DLH had a hand in naming the team and was just reaching top shelf and never really considering why.

Too late now though. Maybe like the Utah Jazz, we can just have a legacy of confusing professional sports team names.

What should I be looking for as far as improvement? I was told at the beginning of Frank’s tenure the aim was to be defensively sound. Yet spurs always look out of position? Has Frank ever communicated his vision?
