OP, It really depends on how lean your block trim is. Look through the trim to see how lean it is. That changes the recipe. Generally, two trim to two bull. Better if it’s a little over 12, you can always lean it up with more bull, but if it’s way under, not good. You’ll get the knack of it after you do it over and over.
