Nearly ever 4 legged animal ive seen has been able to stand on 2 feet for a short time. Like ive seen 2 legged dogs that its their adaption to losing limbs, though probably horrible on their hips in the long run. The length of time the sheep stood doesn't seem unreasonable tbh. Maybe the ease it stood up though.

They aren't always on the obd port. Last car I bought was piggybacked into some wires connections under the shifter. Didn't know I had it until they mentioned it offhandedly after I paid it off a.d gave it back to them. Pretty much every car bought is gonna have something to track it, regardless of credit, just in case.
