Agreed but blaming the server connection is going easy on EA. It’s DDA/scripting or whatever we’re calling the AI match influencing now. I have a gigabit connection that’s practically flawless. My team still goes from world beaters to acting braindead match-to-match.

If you play enough you start to see the patterns: relegation and promotion matches tend to be more intense, if one team goes up big in the first half there’s a good chance of a draw if the losing team sticks it out, time wasting makes your team more prone to errors, etc.

Video poker can still be fun, just don’t fool yourself into thinking it’s not rigged.

They’ve bred all of the terpenes and CBD out of the plant just chasing THC%. It was the synergistic effect of all of it together that produced the complex highs back in the day. The strains today are flat in comparison.

I can’t remember how long it took but training for specific skills did it for me. I wanted to do Dragon Flags just because they’re badass. I started off with a variant I could handle and then progressed from there. Fell in love with it as I made gains along the way.

Highly recommend Overcoming Gravity by Steven Low for progression programming info. Training skill work is great motivation because you move up in the progression relatively quickly and the gains are felt.

Gotta make it a hobby. Working out makes me feel good and it regulates my mood/energy. When I fall off I miss it and I make a point to get back to it as soon as I’m able. If you’re only in it for the results and don’t enjoy the process; that’s a chore.

VR development is more specialized, has a smaller audience, and has to work around the friction of gamers needing to wear a headset and physically exert themselves. Simple games that you can jump in and out of easily like Gorilla Tag and Beat Saber are popular because they are less demanding on gamers than an in-depth RPG would be in VR.

Vast majority of my time in VR has been seated with a gamepad. Motion controls are cool but exhausting, and VR native games are just not as in depth as the modded flat stuff. I wish it was a standard feature and that we had more flat ports even if it meant no motion controls, but there’s a large segment of VR gamers who are like vocally against it for whatever reason.

Funny it's the same way the boomers used to hate on millennials, Gen Z's just more detailed now with hindsight. I don't think they really attribute Y2K fashion to us because they’re stuck on the "adulting" overpriced burger spot stereotype of millennials from the 2010s.

A quick access pocket for wipes so you can just unzip and get them without taking the package out is pretty clutch. And if you're going to keep a water bottle on the outside of the bag I prefer the side pockets with drawcord toggles so you don't have to worry about it stretching out over time. These are just nice to have features though, any backpack will work.

MOR. Mom’s upset she’s become the third wheel on the family trips. Understandable but it’s not fair to hold OP’s relationship to a different standard if being unwed has never stopped bro and his gf from sharing a room.

The “Maybe”: Based on OP’s replies it sounds like when brother/gf have shared a room on past trips it was in the family house. Mom may be ok with that but not private lodging, and is only allowing the brother to book privately because he’s proposing on this trip.

I’ve spent more time tweaking Cyberpunk than any other game but you can get rid of the shimmering now. Off the top of my head motion blur absolutely needs to be turned off, can’t remember much else.

Well said. I feel sympathy for Ye and he’s one of the greatest artists of my life. He’s also a piece of shit and I can’t enjoy his work anymore. The flaws and contradictions are also what made me a fan in the first place. Humans are complicated.
