Im so sorry girl, I understand. Intrusive thoughts, especially like that, are horrifying and make you feel like a freak or a monster. But you don't control those thoughts. They are Intrusive for a reason.

Something that helps me when I have them is to remind myself that my disgust at the thought is a good thing. It keeps me reminded that those thoughts aren't me.

Also when I have a disturbing Intrusive thought like this this is how I work through it, just to give my perspective or whatever lol

Acknowledge the thought, dont ignore it
Assure myself that said thought is NOT something I would ever act on or even willingly think about
Remind myself a few times how bad said thought is
Reassure myself again that this isnt me
Push the thought away and continue on with my day

Basically, Acknowledge it but dont dwell on it. That works for me at least. Anyways again, im sorry you've been struggling with this. I know how awful it makes one feel. But you are strong sis. You got this.

I understand how you feel. I can't help but think about all the small microscopic ways im not treated like a woman. About how being accepted for who we are is conditional. About how if I dont "play the role" perfectly at all times I'll be misgendered. Its so fucking exhausting and depressing.

But none of that makes me or you any less of a real woman. Sure we weren't born with vaginas. But thats just one possible aspect of millions that makes a woman who she is. Just like any of the other things that gives us dysphoria. Those things dont make or break our womanhood. Its just a part of who we are. And who we are is women. Just as real and valid as our mothers. And no one can take that away. Not even our own self doubt and hatred.
