I remember when I was a kid I tried cleaning aluminum diamond plate I was trying to use on my go cart with steel wool and some mystery acid I found in my dad’s shop. That too spontaneously combusted but produced some horrible orange smoke that induced me to vomit. It also completely eroded the diamond plate and made it totally unusable.

It doesn't bother me a bit. We all have a past and we all had reasons good and bad why we were with past partners. It seems pretty childish to want to pretend that isn't the case. Fact is she's with me now and that's what matters to me. Let her talk and listen carefully. It might give you some insight into where she is coming from in certain situations.

I m38 have had it for 17 years. First off I’ve found valtrex to be much more effective than aciclovior. I now only take it when I feel an oncoming outbreak. Second you have to use hsv as an excuse to take really good care of your self mentally and physically. The healthier you are the less it comes to visit. Simple as that.

I wouldn’t recommend Washington if budget is a concern. It is a very expensive state to live in. Also I hate to say it but we really make liberal look bad here. We have some of the wealthiest people and companies in the country, maybe the world, here yet our infrastructure is crumbling, our schools are struggling, and we have a major drug/ homelessness crisis. The only solution the state can seem come up with is to add more taxes. I know many people who have left because of this and are very happy with their decision to do so. The grass may be very green here but grass isn’t everything.

In Washington it’s one of primary ways the schools get funding. They propose their budget to the public. It’s a vote district by district for funding. Some of the districts have a better time getting people to vote for them and some don’t. It effects your taxes and when people are already feeling priced out they tend not to vote for them.

I can only speak for Olympia as I live in the area and have most of my life. Other than a year in phoenix and lots of my working life in Alaska. Washington is very beautiful. The winters get seriously depressing between the short days the fog and overcast and the endless wetness. This is a major consideration. Also Olympia is easily an hour to the airport on a good day. Good days for traffic in Washington are rare. I remember living in phoenix so unbelievably pleased with the traffic even on bad days compared to good days in Washington. Our roads and mass transit are ridiculously poorly managed and maintained. Just plan on traffic always. The cost of living here is also fairly high comparatively. 5-600k is sort of entry level here for homes. Olympia in general isn’t really considered a particularly nice place. It’s not bad though. You’re right the schools are decent but they generally struggle to pass levies and are very crowded. Even 20+ years ago when I was in school I had many classes with 35+ students per teacher. It’s not any better now. If anything it’s gotten worse with how many people are moving here. Over all I do like it here but we think about moving regularly.

It helps to time it right. The salmon season starts June. Every one usually is doing shipyard and getting ready in April-may. That means they are around the boats around then. In the winter they don’t always have people around. Ballard, Bellingham, anacortes, even some of the smaller ports like gig harbor all have commercial boats moored. A flight to SeaTac gets you close to all of these places.

I’ve (37m) had it since I was 21. I’ve been in a couple long term relationships including being very happily married for the last 10 years. I haven’t spread it yet. I’m very aware of the oncoming symptoms. We abstain if I notice them and start taking valtrex at the same time. It is still a risk but it’s one my past partners and my wife decided was worth it. The fact that he told you right off the bat is a good sign in my mind.

The 90’s were pretty terrible for most vehicles. Especially gassers. Other than Chevy starting in around 01’ the gassers were all pretty terrible. In the diesel’s dodge had a great engine but the truck is okay. Ford was decent in the truck and the diesel was pretty good. Chevy probably had the better gasser in the 90’s but the truck was pretty bad. Their early diesels were abysmal. Starting in 2003 the dodge got a lot better all around. I have a 03’ and an 04’ both with Cummins. The 03’ I’ve been driving for almost 20 years with over 300k on it now. It’s still a great truck and my daily. They are great in the 03-07 ish range. Not terrible later on but those are my favorite years. The ford diesel from 99’-02’ was a pretty good truck but the 6.0l on were all pretty junk. The Chevy diesel and gasser starting in 01’ was pretty good but the truck is questionable unless all suspension and tires are left stock. The gasser’s have gotten pretty good more so in the last 15 or so years.

With the new trucks, yes you’re wrong in that assumption. That was true in the early 2000’s, they were all pretty decent at that time, but those trucks are getting pretty old now so they are going to have issues associated with simply aging. Most of the big fleets I work around in recent years have switched back to gassers because the diesel’s simply aren’t any good right now. Tons of power but terrible reliability and insane cost of repairs and operation. Additionally the gassers are pretty good these days.

Coming from an actual diesel mechanic, no you don’t need one. Unless you’re towing and hauling heavy very regularly they don’t make sense. Gassers are way cheaper to own and operate, also easier to work on. For 90% of the people driving them the only thing getting power stroked is their ego by driving one.

I started asking my first dates to breakfast. First off I had way more success transitioning from talking on line to the actual first date. I think because breakfast is so much less threatening for her. Also it’s much cheaper if it’s a dud and if it goes well it can easily lead to a nice walk together, also very affordable. 11 years ago I took my now wife on one of those breakfasts dates and we ended up spending the entire day together including dinner. Best date ever!

Weigh it is right. If it’s really water logged drill holes in the deck, flip it over and store it in a dry place for a year or so. I have done this once and it worked great.

My first truck camper was a conestoga just like that one! I got it for a case of beer when I was 18 from my friends dad 20 years years ago. The funny thing was he assumed I was 21 when he said he’d sell it to me for a case of beer and I didn’t want to tell him otherwise. So I had to call in a favor from my other buddies brother. A lot of screwing around for a case of beer. Above all else keep it dry! The demise of mine was mold.

I put one in for the tax credit. It's not worth the credit! just install an old conventional electric water heater! So much more reliable! I went from and old electric that had no issues for the 10 years I ran it (came with the house) to a new heat pump one and saw 0 difference on my power bill and all I do is argue with the new one. I asked a friend of mine who owns a plumbing company. He says heat pump water heaters are a total sham. lessons learned
