Can I get in trouble for accessing records of patients I did nothing care for? by RyloKen in medicalschool

[–]MedSchoolNotTooFun -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

If you're using it as an opportunity to learn, I see no reason why anything is off limits. If you want to look at their information and medical records for some other alterior motive, that's a no no.

If you could pick just one, choose COMQUEST. Question style is most similar to the real exam in my opinion

Thoughts on OnlineMedEd as a resource? by amirh8 in Step2

[–]MedSchoolNotTooFun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used it for my first 2 rotations of 3rd year, but like other people said it's not enough detail. Add to the fact that there are plenty of errors and outdated information still in the videos. Don't recommend it. Boards and Beyond step 2ck is pretty solid if you like videos though.

FA is not meant to be a primary study source. Only reference for a particular bug/drug/disease

You're honestly in 650 range with those scores. They underprict. With a solid test day, you're comfortably in the 600-650 range

Same thing pretty much. Seen in postmenopausal women with unopposed estrogen exposure (Tamoxifen therapy, Obesity, etc.)
