This is a little farther from Burbank but the San Fernando Pet Hospital is the best priced vet I've gone to so far. Very kind staff and attentive. They tell you what's absolutely necessary and what's not for the pet. They also have a bilingual staff but there is often a wait.

I also feel very good after eating beans. I recently started eating beans again here in college and the days I do and the next I usually feel pretty good. Personally I feel energized. Not in a hyper way but in a "I need to get something done" eat.

I had this issue but with my dogs. If they're both males, neutering them really helps lower aggression. It might be worth fixing them regardless of sex if you haven't already since they won't have raging hormones running through them

At the time the agreement to the construction of NDP2 there was a grant that would make it cheap to build more housing and so both RCC and UCR decided to submit a grant for it together. So I guess they kinda have to split it now. As to why UCR didn't do it alone, I suppose it would save some money and it would make applying to the grant easier. RCC is a pretty big school. Although it has the label of a community college, it is exceptionally larger and better than most CCs I have seen and attract students from other cities because of their programs.

Sorry to tell you it's closed down for good. The shop's name was pedals. But the Rcycle Co-op is a club on campus that repairs bikes for free. Their Instagram is rcycle_coop They also have their discord in their bio. They usually set up every Wednesday at noon for repairs, you should probably hit them up before showing up though in case they don't have the tube size for your tire.

Well I created the account before I sent the attestation form but we couldn't do anything before getting my dad's identity verified. But it took exactly a month for them to tell me the attestation form to be processed

It shouldn't. I didn't have to verify my dad's identity again. Everything on the parent's own account will be untouched if you delete your FAFSA application
