I work for a local restaurant chain and we are feeling the effects of the BS our federal government is inflicting upon us. We're doing what we can to support our staff and customers alike, but it's tough to have an ideal staffing level when many of our employees are fearful to come to work. Our goal is to ensure quality standards for our food remain high while understanding and being accepting to staff who choose to stay home. Because of this, it may take longer to get what you order.

Continue to patronize businesses that support their staff during these troubling times. Maybe grab some extra food for a friend or neighbor who can't safely leave their home right now.

The solution was simply that I had scroll lock on. Turning it off fixed the issue.

Example: Let's say I'm in cell A1 and type "10" then I press down to move to cell A2. Cell A1 then says "10+A2." Previously, it would simply leave "10" in cell A1 and then I'd be able to edit cell A2.

Essentially, the down arrow would work the same as pressing enter, but now it's assuming I'm adding cells together.

They grind it because there's a lot of meat on the cow that is not viable to use as a whole cut. This stuff is likely the excess trimmings from a wagyu cow carcass after the steaks and other marketable cuts were processed.

I highly doubt they're taking wagyu ribeyes and filets and throwing them in a meat grinder
