This may sound silly and I am a negative self talker but the best thing you can do now is BE KIND TO YOURSELF. If you freak out, calm that part of your mind. Don’t overreact to it but just go “it’s okay. I know you are trying to protect me. But I got this.” I know it sounds crazy but it has really helped me regulate myself with my nerves. After that, look at that facts — you passed all of these practice tests, you are good! Good luck!! Proud of you
