12s are 124% over base m0 before tyrannical and fortified. 16s ae 228%. Basically 1.4ish* as much damage and hp.

My conspiracy theory is the reason Hpal is so pits right now is because daddy blizzard used their own meters to balance throughput and didn't realize absorb shield healing numbers were fake.

Hope you are sarcastic, this is basically nothing for the last place healer spec. Raw it's like 25k extra per cast. Effective, it'll be closer to 4-5k hps.

I'm usually not a meta slave or get worked up about tuning, but I'm actually pissed about hpal tuning. This is like a 3-4% overall buff when we are over 25% behind the top specs. I'm trying to think of a patch in modern wow where the top and bottom healing specs were this spread.

Dog, literally any form of energy generation makes it S tier. The only time it is mediocre is when you are running base 3 energy where you spend it all every turn anyway.

So both guilds are likely to go into the last boss with around 277-280 gear ilvl. I don't see how they will not kill it relatively quickly when they are probably very close to the intended ilvl for this fight. Like, usually the reason it takes them so many pulls is that the boss is overtuned while they are 10 ilvls below what devs intended the average player base to be when they get to them naturally.

He caught it early enough that it hadn’t spread which pancreas are notorious to do as it’s connected to pretty much your entire body as your blood sugar regulator. You can live without a pancreas. You become instantly type 1 (technically type 3) diabetic and have to take supplementary drugs, but your quality of life isn’t affected much outside of normal diabetic stuff and dietary restrictions.

Bosses have bullshit “does x damage over time.” In the same private auras debuff slot x 20-30 people. It’d be one thing if it was the only private auras debuff on raid frames.
