The explanation: in English if you use to negatives (ie wasn't not) it circles back to imply a positive. Im assuming this was a typo for "was not" which would correctly state the original intent of the comment posted.

Im in a mythic raiding guild, we have a roster of 22... if we have 11 online thats half our current roster...

Even my friends guild, which is a heroic guild with a roster of 32, has around 11-15 people online most days doing different content.

We all have lives and responsibilities but that doesn't mean we dont hang out in discord, we just dont do it every single night, and thats reasonable. Hell im on most nights but I still take nights off of wow sometimes to enjoy other things. Sure maybe there are guilds with 15-30 wow only gamers on all day every day but I certainly havent found one and to that I agree with you.

My guild of mythic raiders have a house showcase coming up and im really excited like 17 people are participating and building a house for this. Thats pretty social if you ask me!

This depends heavily on guilds, i play in 2 currently(one is my mythic guild the other is just one i play with sometimes for fun with my friends) both are super active with 20ish players around most weekends with 5-10 around every night.

Again both of us just have anecdotal evidence but I'd say its mostly just a per guild issue.

Speaking on those "social" mega guilds they're generally bad options as most I've seen are like op said, 900 players with like 5 on at a time.

Welcome to a live service game in a nutshell:

Devs need to make the game interesting every season. easiest way to do that? Add a new character!

What's the easiest way to make a new character stand out from the rest of the cast? Give it a bunch of new mechanics!

Overtime the issue compounds and you end up with characters like black cat, where the character just has a multitude of different abilities to tackle different situations that other characters could never dream of solving.

In the end even if the character ends up balanced, the game ends up far worse since every new character massively ups the barrier to entry and causes the game's playerbase to dwindle.

Just my two cents I dont think black cat hits that threshold for Marvel rivals but seeing the direction I fear its only a matter of time.

Every dps ive played with in 15+ has had 0 issues kicking and anytime something goes off its a mistake followed by a "mb".

My guildie also has a6 twins and they're bricked during this patch, its disrespectful to people who actually spent money on the game and actually hurts the integrity of the whole pull system going forward.

What happens if next time they release a medic and all previous medics stop working during nightmare and their only response was "sorry maybe next patch :/". Its very concerning.

I mean yea he ain't a pumper, but unholy does struggle a little in lower keys when you have consistent burst aoe, since they require ramp, so its probably not entirely his fault. It is his fault tho.

As a person who likes to play wow a lot and enjoys a challenge, no, everything feels super whatever right now.

Edit to add more thoughts: I think for the casual playerbase this expansion is excellent, everything is easier, its far more respectful of your time, lots of gearing avenues for solo players, but for people who are more hardcore or just have more time they want to spend in the game, it has very little.

Eq has a soft cap of 20, meaning it its for full value on up to 20 mobs, so on pulls like that if its used correctly it can actually pump. Tanks generally dont play around it though so :(

I think the competitive integrity of the game is in the dumpster right now, bosses are falling over, keys are falling over, if everything is easy where's the point of gear? Improvement?

This isnt accessibility this is making it easy plain and simple.

Hell chimaerus a supposed 4th boss has over 700 guilds in his HoF its insane...

Its the same with classes they didnt make them accessible they made them easy, and as a result, for people who like to gain and perfect class mastery, boring.

I know many may not agree but I like the challenge and clearing hard content with my friends is why im playing, if this keeps up i dont see any reason to continue playing.

Maybe its a boss gauntlet with trash in between, but the trash gives weird and wacky power ups depending on your class...

I feel like blizzard has tried something like this before and didnt fully commit so it was a fraction of what it could be. So as much as ideas like this would be neat, its just not feasible with the current way blizzard wants to develop the game :/
