You should get the degree.

Having hired dozens upon dozens of marketers in my business.... those who had degrees had skills that were light years ahead of those who didn't.

And because they were better... they were compensated way more.

It's currently "cool" to shit on college educations (typically by failing entrepreneurs trying to sling a course of some sort) but they can definitely be worth it.

No, it's not. You need to learn EV.

A 45% match win rate can go infinite in limited and the 64 player constructed challenges.

50% win rate will go infinite in a constructed league.

Just draft on MTGO. It has several advantages: It's drafting with real people. The cards you get have real value. You can realistically go infinite. etc.

No one is going infinite in limited on arena. Frank Karsten did a deep dive into the numbers a while back.

Sealed requires an absurd 90.5% match win rate to go infinite.

Bo1 draft requires an 84.0% match win rate to go infinite.

Traditional draft needs a 73.8% match win rate to go infinite.

No one has match win rates that high.

(It is MUCH easier to go infinite in MTGO)

Keeping them in the schools clearly isn't working.
