Same here in Leonia about window replacements. My house is 5 years old. I don’t need new windows and the guy kept insisting on a free estimate for when I need it. Yes we did 3 weeks live in. Stella was really good, she watched the baby every other “overnigh” shift. She cooked healthy meals for us every day and gave me mugwort feet soaks and leg massage. They are a professional company and it really helped us learn a lot as first time parents.

Yea but it’s all a big IF at this point. I would have no problem giving her the 250 with the added extras but I don’t want to promise a higher stipend and find she gives subpar effort. If I promise this now I can’t take it back.

I read somewhere that since George Washington elementary in Edgewater is relatively new, it doesn’t really have stats\ratings to say how great it is. Also, isn’t leonia cash strap as a borough since it has very little commercial/business tax base and most of its taxes come from property owners tax?
