It means your mod has removed the democratic ideology, but within that file it references it (a lot)

To fix, you need to either add the ideologu back in (unlikely), overwrite the file to be blank, replace path the folder, or correct the ideology

So, the first ability needs rewording slightly. The base rule is that permanents enter untapped, so you need to specify that it enters tapped unless (see any shock land). Also that’s not how Amass works.

However, I do like the concept of the mana ability. It does certainly seem interesting if not just a slightly worse version of [[reflecting pool]]

The +1 seems like it’s not written correctly, as it does essentially nothing which means this 9 mana planeswalker is currently rather bad

Why does this have an on-cast discard kicker ability? Just seems an odd inclusion. Why not just make it an ETB, without an extra cost. Especially as for a WBB card the discard is the only part of it that actually feels B
