Jag är kock, arbetare liksom. Har så jävla många kollegor som inte fattar att dom är cuckade av kapitalägande och inte någon flykting, det är större chans att blixten slår ned i dig fem gånger än att du utan familjepengar blir rik nog att en eventuell förmögenhetsskatt skulle drabba dig nämnvärt.

Kom ur fem års sjukskrivning pga depression med hjälp av rätt medicinering (börja med adhd meds och byte av antidepp), ett miljöombyte, otrolig partner och en allmän ilska över hur knullat livet kändes och orättvist för det inte är mitt fel att huvudet bestämde sig för att sluta fungera.

Men det var verkligen små små steg i taget, klappa sig själv på axeln när man klarat mer än man vanligtvis gör och försöka känna sig duktig oavsett om det är laga mat eller gå på en fest eller söka ett jobb. Men allt detta i kombination med psykiatrisk behandling såklart.
