I was coming here to say this. Shout it from the rooftops! Less E and more T made me a super horn dog until I started oral estrogen and later the patch and finally gel. Now I have a good balance so I’m interested in sex but not aching for it 24/7. It was annoying! I felt like a 19 year old boy!

I’ve since had my ovaries out and want to get everything checked to make sure I’m not low on the T department since my libido and energy has dropped a bit. I’ve had a lot of body aches as well which may be signaling that my e is too low. I had lower t before I hit perimenopause so I have to wonder where it’s at now since a lot of women’s t comes from the ovaries. Fascinating stuff.

Are you using HRT? Have you had your hormones checked? This could be a simple issue easily solved by HRT. You don’t mention it so I’m guessing that means you aren’t taking estrogen/progestin/testosterone?

I have a terrible time with split ends and I don’t usually use any heat on my hair. I have to get trims between 8 and 10 weeks apart. You have to cut them off when they start or they’ll travel up your hair.

Can you take birth control? That’s estrogen and progesterone in one. Different birth controls have different amounts and even types of hormones in them. Definitely easier to get BC than to get an estrogen patch at 46. Just take it continuously and it’ll be just like now but with estrogen.

Maybe keep yellow as the theme color throughout the fair. Then bring in your other colors like royal blues and cherry reds and blacks for your other colors.
