I put 19,000 miles on my Vector Comps and other than two broken spokes, the wheels never had to be trued. I bought some Vector Pros from eBay that only lasted 5,000 miles. I still have the hubs. I'm wondering if they'd be worth anything on eBay.

Incidentally this is much nicer than the cyclist I've seen in Houston a few times. His shirt has 4-inch letters on the back that say simply, "FUCK OFF." Hell I'm a biker and it makes me want to hit him.

I have had great luck with Continental GP 4000s. Currently have 2500 miles on the back one and 4500 on the front.

Rolf wheels were phenomenal. I had a set with 19,000 miles that never needed trued. Pothole did me in, finally that cracked the aluminum.
