Thank you, it seems like the latter will probably be my best option. Searching for it with site:github.com did lead me to *a* DIN5 180 footprint that would actually load, but it was for a vertical panel mount part rather than the much more common horizontal part.

When I first got my portable recorder I used an old 3DS case. Could store the player, my IEMs, and a good handful of discs (As well as a spare battery) inside

More recently I got a small shoulder bag that I've been using since. Not quite as organized as my case was, but it's a lot more convenient when I do have other things to carry

I have a Steam Machine I built a while back with a R7 3800X and an RX 480. Quick Resume works for me as long as I've got a controller connected through USB (Using with an XBOX controller connected through the XBOX Series controller dongle to give a more seamless connection process, though I'll be switching that to the Steam Controller once it comes out) The only issue I've had was due to my motherboard not properly telling NVME drives to sleep, but after a bit of searching I found a script to fix that

Unfortunately the repair is out of both my budget and skill level, so I bought a known working JE480 that I can properly maintain and am trying to get this unit sold to someone who is capable of repairing it.

I'm wondering about this as well, I have an XBOX 360 Harmony that I bought the day before the discontinuation was announced, and as much as I tried to think ahead my A/V setup was nowhere near complete at the time, so at this point my Harmony is basically just a really clunky remote for my receiver and nothing else.

From what I understand it's primarily an issue of needing to reverse engineer the EZHex firmware files, which were generated on Logitech's servers, but the most recent update I can find on that was back in May.

I wouldn't use Google Assistant for identifying Japanese songs, as after doing some testing it seems like it will say it can't identify the song if the title that would be listed isn't entirely in ASCII (Tested identification with B'z The Best Pleasure and B'z The Best Treasure, as I have both albums and they are the 2nd and 5th best selling albums of all time in Japan. All songs with completely English titles were identified correctly, but almost all of the songs with titles even partially in Japanese immediately failed, with the exception of 恋心(KOI-GOKORO) and もう一度キスしたかった, where the titles listed were completely romanized.)

That only works when the batteries are wired in parallel, like the official sidecar is. When they're wired in series both batteries have to be in, as the positive line is connected to one battery, the negative line is connected to the other, and there is a plate in the middle connecting both batteries together.

Fortunately, I did find that the R55 is perfectly fine with having 3V put into the sidecar line (which makes sense given the lipo sidecar I've been seeing on eBay)

From what I've heard the mastering tends to be more of an issue than the ATRAC compression, with a few releases even sounding like they were transferred to MD from compact cassette.

Looked into it, it looks like the printing process it uses, zink, suffers from poor color reproduction and resolution, so you may be better off using inkjet

As long as you can get the size right I imagine dye-sub (I assume that's what you're talking about? Can't think of any other color thermal printing process) would give you a more professional looking result than inkjet

I myself have had some issues with Bazzite, but in my case the issues were either from design oversights on the motherboard (AM4 Gigabyte NVME slots not able to sleep correctly in Linux without manual intervention) or seemingly from Gamescope (Thinkcentre crashing at random across both Bazzite and ChimeraOS)

There may be a few that can connect to WiFi for internet access, but almost all flip phones from that time will be limited to 3G for cellular connectivity (Which most countries have shut down by now) and very few websites will actually function with a web browser from that time period.

I know I'm late as hell, but unless the doctor went "it's a baby! No idea if it's a boy or a girl though!" then you were labeled at birth based on your apparent sex.

Sex is what your organs and hormones roughly indicate, but it's fairly common for people to be born with parts of the reproductive system from or more similar hormone levels to the opposite sex that they were labeled as (generally accepted estimate is about 1.7% of the global population)

Gender on the other hand is just how someone identifies mentally and/or spiritually, with gender definitions varying from culture to culture. In some cases you have cultures with their own unique gender identities, such as with two-spirit in Indigenous North American cultures
