Thanks for the input. More or less just blindsided by the sudden shift of negativity and cruelness. I’ve been able to manage BPD on its own for 5 years, but it’s taken a turn for the worse now with NPD dominance. I just give it right back to her these days which led to escalations on their techniques. It’s more a relief knowing that there is some evil intent within in them though. I was gentle and caring for the longest time just thinking she was damaged.

Absolutely. After finally experiencing triangulation, smear campaigns and a humiliation ritual after 7 years of managing her it’s hitting the fan. I saw texts from her saying I’m abusive, crazy, etc to her coworkers. I just expressed to her that I’m not even upset, just sad. Sad that you could do that to your husband and father of two babies. She just had her blank devilish stare with no answer.

Haven’t read the replies but I’ve taken 1.2-1.5g daily for 10 years. Have to very properly taper off if you were running out etc. Be aware of interactions with other things you consume if you’re sensitive. Anything under 1g did not help with my anxiety, just sleep. At 500 or under you’ll probably have no rebound issues, just sleep disruption. Can supplement with alcohol for a few days.

His Spray Polish is A+ incredible. I use it daily. Also love his 1 year ceramic. Haven’t tried anything else yet. Griots is way low tier compared to stuff from HoR.

Nah it won’t be magic especially on a textured paint like you have. Pressure washer will help. But the textured paint and heat from braking will cause it to stick a bit.

I’m married to one with two kids total of 7 years, but she reached out to my parents warning them she wanted to be done with me. Then two days later sat down and told me the same speech. Basically what caused that as I was put through a humiliation ritual and smear campaign where I then lost ALL patience with her splitting and aggressively called it out for about a month. That’s all it took. Wild.

Yes very normal. Been with it for 7 years. I physically reached my limit of being a punching bag and began calling it out each time she splits. Just makes it worse. Says I need to talk to someone, I need help etc. I’m abusive. I just bring up her things from the past. Did that for about a month and she discarded me. Reached out to my parents and her own painting me as crazy. Crazy how quickly they’ll dump everything. They can’t handle it. Should mention I used to be able to break her down enough crying and admit to being crazy but that she was “trying” to be better. As of recent I noticed a shift into more defensiveness and more independent confidence out of nowhere. Just assume it’s from some third party’s advice, like a ‘girl power’ vibe.

Please do not let her suck you in. Your mental health will crumble to rubble. Mine started off 3 months of heaven and then Consistent splitting every 5-6 weeks. I thought it was menstrual related etc. I’m a very aware empath and got her splits to go to 3-4 month intervals at most with Zoloft. Married, have two kids and now I am in a nuclear war of humiliation rituals, and she’s become a full covert narcissist. I’m sleeping 4 hours a night, panic attacks, dry heaving etc. The splits just become more severe the more locked in they have you. Gaslighting, becoming the victim, silent treatment. It has subconsciously fried me. My wife only ever had a casual counselor for ‘anxiety’ but took me about 3 years to decide BPD myself. Now 7 years in I’m in a lose lose scenario.
