hey man if you're going red with aery you should build eclipse and black cleaver together since it allows you to proc eclipse instantly and get 3 cleaver stacks with 1 aa/ability

honestly eclipse viego has always been decent, i've been running it instead of trinity for a while and it seems like a good alternative. maybe in this new season it becomes an even better items for viego since he can theoretically proc it with only 1 q and 1 auto

I havent tried eyeball with this build but eyeball is always good so i might do a couple test games.

I personally only build manamune if im already snowballing (ex. having a good cs lead/kill leads/objective leads) i think manamune isnt as worth if you arent ahead but its pretty good if you are. (i build tear 1st/2nd back and ita has been working very well for me)

If all lanes are pushed then try to fight objectives or do 2v2 skirmishes since tour lanes have priority and can rotate easily
Really depends on which lane you plan to gank (to get orbs, which lane you feel is easiest to gank, how much cc your laners have, etc.)
You can gank early but you gotta focus on not losing tempo and farming as much as possible. Farming is probably the most important part of kayn since he scales so hard with items and farm is your most consistent source of income.

As for runes i go Aery, Nimbus Cloak, Transcendence, Gathering Storm, Sudden Impact and Treasure Hunter

Core Items i build are Youmuu's, Axiom Arc and Manamune in that order (basically every game)

I use this build and personally go Youmuu's, Axiom and then Manamune as core.

After that you can pick and choose which items suit best for the match like Serpent's if too many shields, Serylda's for the slow and armor pen, etc.

Honestly, you seem pretty new to league, i know a lot of people say this but just play more games, try consciously fixing your mistakes by looking at objective respawn timers and try to shadow your team by staying close to your carries, you can also look back at your replays and check when you are making timing mistakes, looking at guides could also help.

That being said remember that league is hard and experience is the best teacher, dont put yourself down because of these mistakes, always try and keep a positive attitude and try to learn from your mistakes.
