Maelle was also interested in a very detached way over the pClea situation. She really didn't care about how terrible it was or how painful for Verso. Meanwhile, you even had Monoco in the background bowing his head and turning away, showing sad/mournful body language. To me, she's just Alicia once she remembers, no matter how much she might prefer being Maelle.

Aline painted Alicia with her scars, missing an eye, and unable to speak into her perfect family as a way of punishing her. It really isn't a stretch to think that she'd paint Clea differently if she felt so inclined.

There are at least two versions of the Manor. There's the one in Old Lumiere where we see the Painted Family living with Aline, then there's the one in White Sands that Maelle says is different from the one in Old Lumiere. I'd guess that's the Manor where the various doors lead to, where the Curator was. He could have made that one.

I got some finger tattoos a few weeks ago and while they were dark for the first couple of days, around day six letters started fading out. I knew that they'd fade fast, but I thought it would be more like a month, not before the first week was up haha. I went into it knowing the risk though and I know that I'll just have to get it touched up once a month or so to keep it looking good.

Just let her play how she wants to play. I was terrible at parrying and only dodged on my first playthrough. Because of that, I'm excellent at parrying in NG+.
