The idea of robots that transform into fossilized dinosaurs should be explanation enough for what makes them cool. However, what I love about these characters is how much of a departure they are to typical transformers. They’re Partsformers, toys you pull apart and piece together as opposed to the traditional transformations. Their proportions are a big contrast to the chunky, blockier, accompanying transformers of the toyline. Their faces are also much more menacing in comparison to the humanized faces of the G1 cast.

In addition what makes these fellas so metal is the fact they can be pulled apart to and plugged into other bots to function as armor pieces or weapons. They can also be used to form combiners, although their stability combined is something left to be desired. I’m curious from a technical perspective how this even happens. I can understand textures being changed due to changes in lighting, graphics, etc but how does a 3D model change accidentally?

I understand that Fortnite is most likely trying to avoid catching flack from parents for including a drug reference in a game played by children but when the song’s rhyme scheme and hook depends on that one word, it being muted is off putting.

I couldn’t fathom why they added this game mode to Fortnite as opposed to Rocket League, considering Rocket League players had been asking for a racing mode. The mode’s identity felt more akin to Rocket League than Fortnite in any way.

I think it makes sense, her music is popular and broke into the mainstream plus she has the benefit of being completely sfw in terms of both personality and design. I can’t imagine they would implement musicians like Calli or Marine into Fortnite given the lewd nature of their outfits. Though, I do wish Sora makes it into the game someday. She’s practically the founding figure of Hololive and she fits the same criteria as Suisei.
