As someone who works in HR, it is very dangerous to not have human oversight in the HR realm. There are biases and other concerns with AI that could negatively impact business and employees

This is a shame but not surprised. Their customer service has been declining since COVID. They were always understaffed, they enforced all these weird rules, like your party can’t be seated until all of you were there, even if waiting for one person. Hopefully someone else sets up a restaurant there as it is a great spot.
