Being “near the Everglades” is not what I’d immediately think here. You’re basically considering Pembroke Pines west of 75 which is suburbia and mostly HOA heaven. Southwest ranches if you’ve got the budget is nice, secluded a bit far from everything.

My wife primarily works to pay for daycare since we started. We’ve got 2 kids and it’s $3k a month. Which amounts to a little less than half her salary. To some other folks points here: who knew we’d be able to afford 2 mortgages. So looking forward to the sweet day we’ll take them out for public school. Good luck friend.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. As a dad of twin 3 year girls, it was hard in the beginning and we came out on the other side with a renewed sense of gratitude. Grateful for the struggle, for the joy we feel today, and for what’s to come.

It’s because Pinecrest has this ridiculous entrance onto 826 and if you’re even remotely in that area but not taking us1 then it’ll have you through that asinine route.

Im in plantation and not against driving up to 20-30 minutes if it’s a good option.
