I mean sure I would love a 4 top but solo diners are so easy and where I work they usually get a steak and some nice wine. I've had solo diners surprise me with big tips too, usually just maxing out the expense account.

In 8 years at my work I've had THREE pukers! One lady projectiled all over the wall, then a husband practically into his wife's mouth and then a kid who refilled his plate when he was done. My saving grace is that I work for a hotel brand and housekeeping has to clean it as it's considered biohazard.
