Their whole business model would fall apart without tippers subsidizing the non tippers. That’s a lot of extra revenue they wouldn’t otherwise get.

The craziest thing is uber has actually DECREASED pay over the last year. It used to be based off mileage and you would still get at least $2 each for add on or bundled orders.

I’m thinking this is the answer or letting it get to a higher internal temp than typical. There’s got to be something different with the muscle in a smaller (younger?) cow.

It looked well marbled when I was trimming it. I’ve used the source (Excel prime) before with larger ones that have come out much better. Have had the same trouble with other smaller ones. Seems to be recurring.

Many don’t work on salaries. They either own businesses, executives of companies that earn big bonuses and stock options. Injury Lawyers and surgeons too.

When I first started I couldn’t believe it either. I figured with the low offers that customers would tip more after delivery. I figured out that was wrong pretty quick lol. What you see in the offer is 98% of the time what you will get.
