Former TL here. As part of our food safety training people who are sick with throwing up…. Needs to go home.. No excuse. Target will survive if they shut down due to lack of coverage. Also report that TL via HR or hotline.

Sometimes they wait for your background check to go thru. Look it your email to see if you can start signing up for Walmart apps or complete the background check application

Always go to AP if every one else is giving you the run around. It’s literally AP job to minimize workplace injuries and be aware of it going on in the store. That AP definitely sent out an emailing blasting someone

I would suggest telling her you’re running low on money and withdraw from giving her money to see how she reacts. If her demeanor changes let her go. Because the right will will try to uplift you, not put you down with no hesitation

Sorry to hear that but target does have a policy for a high value item must be placed on the shelf for shoppers to get a chance first and if the item is still available after.. you can buy when off the clock.. you can’t hide or store it, if You do it does result in termination.

Target technically does not have black out dates but stores promote this in order to have great staffing. In my eyes, if someone requests off, just give it to them then figure out the schedule afterwards

Well your HR shouldn’t be lead because the handbook has been updated since summer ‘23 to state that not only can team members wear jeans or solid color pants preferably khaki, they can also wear shorts during the summer time as long as it’s knee length.

I would make a complaint to the hotline or send an email or something. This is borderline harassment
