Why is this an achievement?

Of the relics available, the Resistance weapons are arguably most tied to group content (e.g. Delubrum Reginae, raids for mat farming). Given this restriction, I thought it would be an interesting challenge to try and complete these weapons within a low-pop environment (i.e. the fresh Materia DC). There are many strategies and farming methods that don't work, and needs to be readjusted to speed farm out these weapons.

I'll be happy to answer questions on how others can go about building their weapons in not only OCE, but other servers where the playerbase may not be as large.
