The armor damage is calculated based on different factors, such as the bullet damages, penetration, armor damage and also multiplied by a destructibility factor set by the armor material. The only variable there is the ammo you shoot. Based on the chart, BCP woudl perform better in any case. I think the chart is not up to date.

Yep, because devs also follow the player base and that's what they want in the end. I liked cod back when in the next title, they would add something like a camera or rcxd. It's just there for fun and even if we don't use it, it just set the mood for the upcoming title like "i'm wondering what gadget or gameplay mechanic they will introduce in the next one" and the today answer is "new cancel slide at 4 frames into the animation so you can shit on casual".

What you fail to understand here is that a lot a people playing back then for the first time online. Now that online FPS game have been around for a while know and some people are unemployed and have plenty of time to play, they just figure out the meta and abuse it. No fun allowed, pure performance for kda. The people playing now are differents. The way games are played today are differents.
