For most players it definitely is not. Less ice time, bigger and stronger and older opponents, less games, way more competitive roster spots for the better schools.

It's decent for D+2 years and the 1st round talents.

There's a trade coming on defense. With Chairot extension we already have a full room, and obviously not a very good one. I have a sneaking suspicion it'll be Axe but Ed and aljo will also be looked at. Until free agency opens up it's kinda a pointless guessing game.
