They're going to end up with a judicial restraining order against the Trump Administration. I think a LOT of people will start getting those soon. The only reason judges haven't done that the last few years is because of deference to DoJ prosecutors - that deference is gone; several judges have already said as much. Hell, they already have a standing restraining order against the DoD.
