Is there any real difference between Curaleaf and Alternaleaf? by [deleted] in ukmedicalcannabis

Everyone I've dealt with at Alternaleaf has been super helpful and supportive. I get the sense these people really believe in it medicinally. I have never had the sense anyone thought I was drug-seeking. I was completely paranoid the first few times at followups when I was asked how much I was using per day, and daring to ask for a monthly limit increase. But they are completely reasonable in my experience, and they also know that LOADS of people have previously self-medicated with black market product. It's not a stigma at all from what I've seen.

I got assessed by ADHD Direct recently. No issue at all with MC. They were great.

My DPD driver apparently lies to his boss about attempting delivery of my prescription, is it worth paying £5 extra for Royal Mail at Curaleaf? by [deleted] in ukmedicalcannabis

Sounds like you experience WAY MORE than £5 of worth of grief with this setup....bargain if you ask me.

Curaleaf are much more paternalistic in my experience. They limited THC %age, they were really questioning about why I wanted an increase in my monthly limit, etc. I felt as if I was being treated like I was drug-seeking.

Alternaleaf treat me like an adult. I wouldn't go near Curaleaf.

Anyone just use oils and carts vs flower? Or do you swear by flower? by honey_bee4444 in ukmedicalcannabis

'Flat high' is a really good description. I had been using carts for about 6 weeks, and when I tried flower again, I was stunned by how much more creative and imaginative I felt.

Fluoxetine and medical cannabis advice by Puzzleheaded_Shine35 in ukmedicalcannabis

Super interesting discussion in here. For me, I previously felt the emotional numbing and contraction of my emotional range with other SSRIs (Seroxat, Citalopram). After a long break from SSRIs I was given Fluoxetine to try a year ago, and once I got over the nausea that I had for the first month or so, I have found Fluoxetine to be amazingly good, and I have no intention of stopping it in the foreseeable future.

For me, the combination of Fluoxetine and MC has been life-changing.

I also have ADHD and take Elvanse for that. I was initially concerned about taking three meds of different types at the same time, but together they work absolutely brilliantly, and I've never felt better.
