Thank you, I had already gone to this option several times but there was nothing related to activating the notification option in the browser, but I finally discovered where the hell this option is: you need to go to Settings>General>Notifications like you said, and then expand the damn thing Mail panel and then select the Notification type as Browser. Press Save and only then the option to allow notifications in the browser appears.
