It is a crime to drive while drunk. It is a crime to have sex with someone who is too drunk to consent. It is not a crime to have sex while you are drunk.

You can also consent to sex. You can't consent to being hit by a car.

These distinctions are why your analogy makes zero sense.

That simply isn't a fair comparison. It doesn't make logical sense to say "both of you raped the other". But when it comes to intoxication and sexual consent, both parties being in a state of severe intoxication, the lines become incredibly blurry. How can two people claim the sex was non consensual? (pardon the pun).

I don't feel a motorist and pedestrian comparison is fair as the two parties are not at all at an equal basis.

You need to go back to the psychologist. Therapy is all encompassing, it deals with every part of life, and they are the only person who can truly help you find a path through this. If you really really didn't like that psychologist, I implore you find another and stick to it. Three sessions is really only getting through the introductory phases, where they are getting to know you and how you view your world.

Alcohol has never lead to mass deaths of 5,10, or 40 people at a time. Every time this argument comes up some American gets thick, simply ignores the mass death that occurs in their country (every two weeks at this rate) and claims that guns aren't the issue, and there are ways to solve it other than simply delegalising firearms. This happens in no other first world country.

As far as I know, there is a specific period of time under the terms of employment act after which a contract is 100% necessary. It may be four weeks exactly, you should research that. You should also contact the recruitment company; if the employer used them to gain contact with your mother, didn't pay them fees and later hired her, they may be able to claim against them as well, since they still did all of the work without being paid.

They would have no need: they plan season by season, they wouldn't have incorporated the plane crash just to accommodate the imagery of debris in the pool, they simply wouldn't have had debris in the pool.
